As the business grew, it became a true family effort. Kim mentored and trained Raianna and Fiona through multiple tax seasons, passing on not only technical knowledge but also the values that matter most — integrity, patience, and genuine client care.

Kim
Kim holds a Business Degree with a major in Accounting and is certified in both personal income tax and small incorporated business taxes. With years of experience and a strong professional foundation, she is committed to providing accurate, reliable service to individuals and business owners alike.
As the founder and mentor behind the team, Kim prides herself on attention to detail and creating a welcoming, unrushed experience for every client. Her goal is simple: that each person leaves feeling confident, cared for, and completely satisfied with their service.
Raianna
Raianna trained under Kim for four tax seasons, gaining hands-on experience and building strong confidence in personal tax preparation. She holds certificates in Bookkeeping and Personal Tax Returns, allowing her to support clients with accuracy and professionalism.
She proudly welcomes clients in the Grande Prairie area into her home office, offering a comfortable and friendly environment. Raianna also provides virtual appointments, ensuring flexibility and convenience while maintaining the personal touch that defines the business.
Fiona
Fiona holds a Personal Tax Certificate and has completed three years of training under Kim's guidance. Through her dedication and attention to detail, she has become a valued part of the team.
Working both virtually and behind the scenes, Fiona helps ensure every return is entered accurately and carefully. She has a genuine thirst for knowledge and often spends her downtime reviewing CRA resources to stay current, so clients can feel confident their returns are handled with care.
